Orida Maidstone Hotel

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met required needs, recommend it. The property's location was stunning, in a quiet area. Moreover, it's near to a public restaurant, Huge Next store and the outskirts of town easily reached by bus.

i loved 2 nights there. the hotel was relaxing and clean with spectacular views over central gardens. amazingly helpful and friendly efficient staff team on the night shift, everything was fantastic. the location of the property was central, very close to the tunnel, the nearest shop and resturant. popped in the court bar for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. an in-house restaurant at evening meals and breakfast meals was an advantage.

The breakfast was varied and substantial even at £12 rate!

Brilliant hotel, it has welcoming staff in all areas. Its location to the Channel tunnel is easy. No complaints, we would come there again if in Maidstone.

No safe in room, no air conditioning, small bed, I ordered King, no mini bar in room, no trouser press, expensive Wi-Fi and internet,

I stay here on a regular basis, the service is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. You are treated like a valued guest not a number.

Most of the staff were excellent, in particular the reception/arrival staff and the restaurant manager

The room had a tv, electric kettle, and a comfortable sofa bed. Loved the spa with its steam room, hot tub, and indoor pool. Breakfast featured a variety including a cool pancake maker. The staff was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. The parking arrangement was convenient too.
